DINX House Rules

Keeping the Vibe High, the Fun Flowing, and Everyone in Check

Welcome to DINX Social Club—your membership-based playground for indoor pickleball and golf simulator fun! Our goal is to keep this space inclusive, supportive, and downright enjoyable. We’ve put these rules in place to ensure everyone leaves with great memories (and maybe a funny story or two). So, read on, play nice, and remember: rules are here to keep the good times rolling.

1. General Club Guidelines

Check-In:

Swing by the Member’s Concierge Desk to check in. Yes, even you can’t just barge in like it’s your living room.

Dress Code:

Look sharp and stay comfy. Proper athletic attire and footwear are a must. (Hint: Leave your outdoor shoes, open-toed shoes, and sandals at home—they don’t belong on our courts.)

Locker Rooms & Changing Areas:

Please use our designated changing areas before hitting the court. We love your style—but let’s keep it contained.

Respect & Courtesy:

Treat fellow members, staff, and the facility with kindness. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior isn’t just frowned upon—it’s a no-go.

Food & Beverage:

Outside food and drinks are off-limits. We’ve got a delicious on-site selection that’s hard to beat

(sorry, Mom’s PB&J).

Smoking &Vaping:

Keep it fresh, folks. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.

Kids & Minors:

Members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We’re all about family fun—but safety comes first.

Personal Electronics & Music:

Enjoy your tunes on your earbuds. No blasting personal speakers that might turn our space into a private dance party.

Pets:

Only service animals are welcome. Leave Fido’s costume (and fur) at home.

Social & Digital Etiquette:

Snap away and share your fun using our hashtag (#DINXSOCIALCLUB), but please ask

permission before posting photos of fellow members. And while your phone is cool, try to keep  calls and loud conversations to a minimum in active areas.

2. Pickleball Rules

Court Etiquette

Reservations Only: Courts are available by reservation only. Please don’t “accidentally” monopolize the space.

Play Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Limit your game to the reserved time, when others are waiting. Sharing is caring, right?

Footwear & Equipment: Wear non-marking athletic shoes and bring your own gear (or enjoy the available gear at the Concierge Desk).

Gameplay Guidelines

Standards & Scoring: Follow USA Pickleball Association standards—games go to 11, win by 2.

(No, 10 isn’t good enough.)

Fair Play: Respect line calls and decisions. If there’s any confusion, consider a quick replay with our PodPlay program or consult a Pickleball Pro. Sportsmanship always wins.

  • Lessons & Clinics: Interested in improving your game? Ask at the front desk about available lessons and clinics. (Spoiler: They’re a blast.)

3. Golf Simulator Rules

Simulator Etiquette

Tee Time & Punctuality: Reserve your simulator slot and arrive 15 minutes early. Being fashionably late is for parties—not tee times.

Play Time: Limit your game to the reserved time, when others are waiting. Sharing is caring, right?

Practice Swings & Turns: Limit practice swings to one per shot and take turns as agreed upon

at the start of play.

Quiet on the Set: Keep the volume down when others are swinging. The simulator isn’t a concert venue.

No Food or Drinks Nearby: Please keep food and drinks away from the simulator to protect our equipment (and your score).

Equipment & Safety: Use clean, undamaged and clubs, agree on the course settings before starting, and ensure adequate space around the player to avoid any mishaps.

Dress Code: Follow appropriate attire and footwear guidelines (yes, the same ones as our general club rules).

4. Karaoke Rules

Respect the Mic: Stick to the song list and wait your turn. Even if you think you’re the next rock star, share the stage

Be Supportive: Cheer and clap for other performers. We’re all here to have fun and enjoy the show

Song Choices: Choose songs that the crowd can enjoy and sing along too. Remember, it’s not just about you!

Limit your Time: Keep your performance to a reasonable length to give everyone a chance to shine.

Don’t Heckle: Be respectful and avoid booing or making fun of other performers. Positive vibes only!

No Mic Hogging: Don’t monopolize the mic. Let others have their turn to rock the stage.

Respect the Equipment: Handle all karaoke equipment with care. Avoid rough handling, and report any issues to staff immediately.

Have Fun: The most important rule-enjoy yourself and make the most of the karaoke experience.

5. Health, Safety, & Community

Warm-Up & Hydration: Warm up properly and stay hydrated. Water stations and a full-service cafe are available—you’re welcome.

Report Issues: If you notice anything amiss—from injuries to equipment damage—alert our staff immediately.

AED Locations & First Aid: Know where our AED machines are. Your safety is our top priority.

Community Conduct: We’re an inclusive, collaborative community. Use your best judgment, practice good sportsmanship, and remember: leaving our space better than you found it is a win for everyone.

6. Food, Beverage & Lounge Areas

Bar & Cafe Rules: Bar seating is for those 21 and over (even if you’re the designated driver). Alcohol is served on-site only (bring your ID), and orders are conveniently handled via our app.

Lounge Areas: Enjoy our communal spaces, but please be mindful of noise levels and respect others who are relaxing or waiting for their turn on the court or simulator.

7. Final Notes

By following these rules, you’re not just playing a game—you’re contributing to an atmosphere

of respect, fun, and excellence. Our aim is to ensure every visit is memorable (for all the right

reasons). If you have any questions or need a friendly reminder (or a gentle ribbing), our staff is

here to help.

Thank you for being an awesome member of DINX Social Club. Now, go out there, have fun,

and show us that good vibes really do start with good behavior!
