Welcome to DINX Social Club! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DINX Social Club’s facilities, located at 1931 Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park, IL 60035. By using our facilities, accessing this Website, or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms.

This Website may contain links to other websites (the “Linked Sites”), which are not operated by DINX Social Club. DINX Social Club has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirements:

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

1.2 Minors:

Children below 8th grade must always be accompanied by a member and cannot be left unattended. DINX Social Club is not responsible for supervising minors.

2. Tobacco-Free and Substance-Free Facility

2.1 Tobacco Policy:

DINX Social Club maintains a strictly tobacco-free environment. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco products are prohibited on the premises.

2.2 Substance Policy:

The use of illicit substances or prohibited controlled substances is not allowed. Violators may face immediate removal and membership termination.

3. Facility Use and Conduct

3.1 Behavioral Standards:

Members and guests must act respectfully and responsibly while using our facilities. Harassment, disruptive actions, or behavior that jeopardizes others' safety will not be tolerated.

3.2 Dress Code:

Proper athletic attire is required in pickleball and golf areas. Non-marking shoes must be worn on pickleball courts. DINX Social Club reserves the right to deny entry to individuals failing to meet dress standards.

3.3 Personal Belongings:

DINX Social Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

3.4 Pets

Dogs and pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

4. Reservations and Access

4.1 Reservations:

Members can reserve courts, bays, or lounge spaces via our online platform or at the front desk, subject to availability.

4.2 Non-Transferability:

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

5. Safety Rules

5.1 Equipment Use:

Members and guests must follow all safety guidelines for pickleball, golf simulators, and other equipment. Misuse may result in membership suspension or termination.

5.2 Alcohol Use:

Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and in compliance with Illinois law. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in removal.

6. Payment and Cancellation

6.1 Membership Fees:

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, based on the membership type. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Cancellation Policy:

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice. DINX Social Club reserves the right to terminate memberships for any violations of these Terms.

7. Liability Waiver

7.1 Assumption of Risk:

By using the facilities, members and guests accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities, including injuries from pickleball or golf simulators. DINX Social Club is not liable for injuries except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7.2 Release of Liability:

Members and guests release DINX Social Club, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any claims, damages, or losses related to facility use.

7.3 Website Liability

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law DINX Social Club and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

DINX Social Club facilities must be used:

10. Guest Policies

10.1 Responsibility for Guests:

Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and must ensure their compliance with these Terms. Guests may not use the facilities without the member being physically present.

10.2 Liability Waiver for Guests:

Members must ensure that guests sign a waiver of liability before using the facilities.

11. Amendments to Terms

DINX Social Club may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online and made available at the front desk. Continued facility use after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Reporting Misconduct

If you observe inappropriate or unlawful behavior, report it immediately to the appropriate authorities and DINX Social Club management. DINX Social Club is only obligated to act within the requirements of the law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, specifically Lake County and Highland Park, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Website Usage and Intellectual Property

You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website.
